You have 14 days to collect your order. Any order not collected in this timeframe will be cancelled.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to change or cancel that order.

Can I return my item(s) if they are not suitable?

We offer an exchange, Gift Card or refund (full price styles) for any Click & Collect purchase returned within 30 days of pick up. It is important the products tags remain attached and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required prior to return. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

International Shipping

We charge $75 international shipping on all orders with a location outside of Australia. We use Australia Post or DHL couriers for our international shipping. You can generally expect to receive your parcel within 4 to 12 business days from dispatch. This does exclude the below countries:

New Zealand - $30 AUD

Ensure A Safe Delivery

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk in the goods you purchase pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.

Delivery Times

Lorna Jane uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post or DHL couriers. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

Order Communication

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.

Garment Care

GARMENT CARE

Our garments are engineered to work hard in your workouts, but be simple to care for too. And besides, we know you’ve got better things to do than laundry! We’re also mindful of the impact that keeping your Activewear ‘fresh’ can have on the environment. Check out the individual care label for the details, as they do vary between styles.

But here are the basics:

Cold wash with same colours
Air or line dry in the shade, no-no to the tumble dryer (better for the environment and saves power too) and YES to wash bags*

*Why? Wash bags prolong the life of your Activewear and keep them in the best shape possible.

While the vibrancy of some bright colours and fluros may fade over time, keep your colours as bright as bright by pre-washing in cold water with a teaspoon of salt. Because who doesn’t look and feel extra fabulous after a refreshing splash in salt water?

WINTER THERMAL PIECES

Thermal garments are a little different from your regular Active pieces and because of this they require some extra care when washing.

To keep you warm our thermal garments have a brushed fleece finish that sits against your skin, so like all brushed fleece it can be prone to pilling when rubbing occurs either when wearing or in the wash. We want you to know that pilling is not a fabric defect or fault, but a normal occurrence caused by everyday wear and tear of fleece garments and does not affect the durability or functionality of the fabric.

It is important to us that your thermal pieces last as long and look as good as the rest of your Lorna Jane garments so we have outlined below the best way to take care of them.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THERMAL GARMENTS

Washing Instructions: Use cold water to hand-wash with mild detergent or select delicate settings on your washing machine. Turn your garments inside out and always use a wash bag.

Laundry to Dry: Please machine spin on gentle and then hang dry or dry flat in the shade.

Limit Friction: Please try to avoid friction on your thermal pieces e.g. wearing backpacks, sliding on the floor, crawling on your knees, sitting on rough surfaces, or rubbing stains - as these can cause pilling.

Laundry Detergent & Softeners: Choose a milk laundry detergent for brushed fabrics to retain the softness of the yarn and reduce peeling caused by friction.

If Pilling Occurs: Use a good quality fabric shaver on the surface of the fabric to remove any pilling.

Why we recommend using a wash bag?

Wash bags prolong the life of your Activewear. They prevent any stray fibres from "fluffy" items in the rest of your wash attaching themselves to your technical fabrics and they stop your bra straps and clasps getting tangled with other items in the wash.
